Our FTP site is connected via broadband DSL for maximum throughput so feel free to utilize our site to send updates or entire projects.  You can quickly pick-up materials from previous jobs to use in updating your materials.  You can place your trust in the integrity of our firewall protected, user/password secured site.  Your files will transfer quickly and easily by following the simple tips and directions below. 

• Contact Donihe’s Sales or Customer Service to setup your user information, it only takes a few minutes.  Be sure to think of your user name and password.

• Save all materials within a single folder using our Computer File Tips.

• Compress your file to minimize transfer time and protect your file integrity.  We recommend Stuffit for Mac files and WinZip for Windows files.

• Log in to our FTP site using our easy link.

• Windows users can drag the compressed file to Internet Explorer’s browser to initiate the transfer.  FTP software can also be used and offers many features such as the ability to continue transfers after connection drops, etc.

• Mac users can also use their browser if all files are placed in a folder (and ideally, compressed) or use FTP software such as Fetch from Fetch Softworks.
